I wanted to comment what a great experience it has been working with Pat Nichols in the Bolingbrook location.  As a new(er) home owner, I am working on 2 bathroom remodels, and this is my first big project.  Pat has made this process easy and less stressful.  She immediately greeted me when I arrived at the store, she was helpful, but not overbearing, in helping me select tile, accent tile, grout, and a pebble shower floor.  When I needed to switch items on my order she was extremely helpful in working with me over the phone to adjust my order.  I trust her enough to have selected grout colors in my absence.  Because of Pat, I will definitely be returning to Century Tile for future projects.
